Newstalk 870 KRLA Official Rules

1. KRLA contests are open to all individuals eighteen (18) years or older. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and immediate family and household members of Salem Communications, KRLA 870AM, its parent company, its parent's affiliated companies, other radio stations and its advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate in the contest. All participants must be United States Citizens and residents of the Los Angeles, Orange, or San Bernardino Counties.

2. The Contest date are ongoing.

3. A total of one (1) winner will be selected by the 870AM KRLA official judges. The winner will be selected from all eligible entries collected online on KRLA Website (www.krla870.com). Winners will be contacted via email or phone. Winner will be drawn at random. One entry per person per household.

4. Prize: Varied

5. Prize(s) are not transferable. No cash substitutions. Radio station may, at their sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value for grand prize or finalist prize(s).

6. Decision of KRLA judges are final.

7. Winner is responsible for any and all applicable taxes.

8. KRLA, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process.

9. KRLA is not responsible for any telecommunications malfunction, fax, email, online, mail delivery service problems, telecommunications problems or mail not received.

10. Copies of the written rules are available at the KRLA business office during regular business hours.

11. No Purchase Necessary. Void where prohibited.

12. KRLA reserves the right to amend the rules at any time.

13. One entry per person per household. The requirements of radio station which include without limitation the following: Finalists/grand prize winner must be 18 years of age and may be asked to show legal picture identification prior to prize fulfillment. Additional eligibility requirements, if any, will be determined by the sole discretion of the radio station at a later date and applicable to all finalists and grand prize winner.

14. By accepting these prizes, KRLA contestants will allow KRLA to use their name and/or likeness to promote station and station contest at no cost.

15. Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on the prize given directly by the radio station. All federal state and local laws apply.

16. By Participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide and be bound by all of the official contest rules and the decisions of the General Manager of radio stations ("Contest Judge"). All decisions regarding the contest including, but not limited to, selecting the finalist prize and grand prize winners shall be made by the contest judge(s), whose decisions shall be final, including but not limited to if the entrant fails to abide by these rules, or otherwise acts (a) in a non-professional or inappropriate manner, (b) it is perceived radio station that contestant has an intent to harass, abuse, threaten or annoy any other entrant or radio station, their parent company, their parent's affiliated companies or their advertising and promotions agencies, or (c) in any other disruptive manner.

17. One winner per family, every 90 days. Contest open from July 1st - September 1st. Each winner will be notified one week prior to the event. Tickets will be mailed out and all decisions are final. No prize substitution available. For additional questions, call (818) 662-3782
